Once all the modules and tasks of the project are complete and approved by the client or project owner, we will deliver the project. The delivery of a project is equally important as its initiation, planning and execution. In Prosper Tech-Soft, we document all the information of a project and organize it neatly, so that it would be easy to go back if necessary.
We ensure that a project is delivered properly. Many projects never end because there is no formal sign-off. We will get the customers agreement that a project has delivered and no more work will be carried out. Once delivered, our project managers will get the feedback from client, which helps in avoiding failures in the future.
